There was a time in my life when I felt completely disconnected from myself. I hid behind a mask of “okay,” numbed my emotions, and chased safety in all the wrong places. I didn’t know who I truly was...I only knew something was off...

Like many women, I tried to find peace in relationships, distractions, and doing more. But nothing filled the void inside. It wasn’t until I walked away from a relationship that no longer aligned and chose myself for the first time that everything changed.

The healing wasn’t easy. It was messy, emotional, and full of moments where I wanted to turn back. But I followed my intuition. I leaned into holistic practices, movement, emotional healing, and the deep inner work I had been avoiding.

What I found was a version of myself I never knew I could become: clear, embodied, and open.

Now, I live my life in devotion to that wholeness, and I support other women in doing the same.
